2.5 Photos, face-related data, and media processing

• We do not perform facial recognition, and we do not create or use biometric identifiers/templates for identification.
• Processing is designed to be one-time: once the requested output is generated, inputs are deleted from our processing systems immediately.
• By default, outputs are stored locally on your device unless a feature explicitly requires cloud storage to function.
• We do not use your uploaded inputs or generated outputs to train marketing/advertising systems or for targeted advertising.
• You remain in control of whether to upload content and whether to generate output.

3) How we use information

• Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, core features, requested outputs).
• Personalize your experience (preferences, content presentation, feature configuration).
• Improve and develop the Service (analytics, debugging, performance, and feature improvements).
• Support (customer service and responding to requests).
• Security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcement, security monitoring).
• Legal compliance and enforcing our terms and policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Legal bases (where required)

Depending on your location, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases: contract necessity, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

10) Governing law and dispute resolution (binding arbitration)

Governing law: This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Delo Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Binding arbitration: Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or privacy practices will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its rules.

Individual basis; class action waiver: Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. You and Delo Team agree not to bring or participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

11) Age limitation (17+)

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older and is not directed to children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date” or “Last Updated” date as appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
